Bir Kedi  is Turkish for  THE CAT. It is the name of a little Guesthouse centrally located (100 mt from main square) in Avanos managed by an European couple. It has 4 rooms only.   All nicely furnished and provided with bathroom and shower. Each one is named after a colour of a cat.
